"I wrote this poem when I grew disillusioned with the present form of religion.I stopped believing in GOD or rather the commercialized version sold to us in the name of religion. A long time has passed since and now I believe in GOD but my war with religion continues".
When I look
around, all that I can see,
I see
soulless people, making money,
When I turn
around, all that I can find,
True
subjects of lord are lagging behind,
And they
say,
One who
prays every day?
Gets the
love from the god,
Is blessed
by the lord,
But I can’t
find any of it all,
And hence
I’m registering the fall,
And so I
have,
Lost my
faith!!
When I feel
about, I just cannot feel,
I look for
emotions, find none to steal,
When I
listen around, all that I can hear,
True
subjects of lord are breathing in fear,
And they
say,
You must
pray every day,
He’ll take
away all your pain,
In desert he
can make it rain,
But thirsty
I fall on the ground,
Not a drop
of water around,
And so I
have,
Lost my
faith!!
I’ve lost my
faith,
I don’t
believe in god,
I’ve lost my
faith,
I’ve seen
the men as lord,
I’ve lost my
faith,
I see in all
hidden Satan,
I’ve lost my
faith,
So sorry
that’s the harsh realization,
And so, I
have, lost my faith!!
