Water-Water everywhere

Water-Water everywhere,
Not a drop to drink,
Wasted in wetting the paste,
Drowning in the sink,
Water-Water everywhere,
Not a drop to irrigate,
Stagnating in swimming pools,
Water goes to waste,
Water-Water everywhere,
Packed in plastic; sold,
Withering crops watch in pain,
Dumped in cola cold,
Water-Water everywhere,
Sewage falling in,
Poisoning the life that flows,
That water is smelling,
Water-Water everywhere,
No body cares for it,
Religion at the river bank,
Doesn’t give a shit,
Water-Water everywhere,
The north keeps dying,
River linking just a dream,
Southern throats are drying,
Water-Water everywhere,
No body seems to care,
When water screams in anger,
We cower in fear,
Water-Water everywhere,
Ignorance is bliss,
When water will be history,
This life, the earth will miss.

The Nature's revenge

Denuded now the guardians stand,
Stripped of swords and shields they bore,
Watch they in sheer helplessness,
The death knocks at the door,
Watch they in pure agony,
As water gentle wages war,
If only man had buried greed,
And not denuded guardians all.

Water breaks our arrogance,
Our lust, our pride is drowning down,
We raped the land, we stripped it bare,
The water challenges our crown,
We stand our hands up in the air,
We plead to god, he won't hear,
The water cuts the guardians deep,
We watch in awe, we watch in fear.

The clouds are bursting in the rage,
The thunder gods are rumbling,
Our lust has torn apart the calm,
The God's abode is crumbling,
But question still does remain,
Will we hear the warning bell,
Or is it too late to be awake?
God is waiting for us in hell.

The Gods and the guniea pigs

He was just a simple man,
Living life like millions do,
He ferried the whole city,
Driving around in his auto,
His life wasn’t perfect,
But he was making most of it,
Until the day the lightning struck,
As he woke up feverish.

His body trembled like a leaf,
His forehead burning like a coal,
Feeling too weak to live his days,
He knocked at the god’s door,
With hope and respect he went,
With care the god took him in,
Leaving himself into his hands,
The poor man counted his sins.

The god and his minions worked,
They gifted him the second wind,
Dragging him back from heaven’s gate,
They put him back on road; driving,
But promise did they take from him,
He visited god on days he marked,
His life was finally back on track,
But little did he see the scars,
The scars god was giving him,
All in the guise of love and care,
Too late did he realize,
That something is wrong, unclear.

No longer could he sleep in peace,
Like fish out of water he fell,
His muscles ached, stomach churned,
And putrid his breath did smell,
His legs were fast betraying him,
The running feet could barely walk,
He ended up at the god’s again,
And as he died he heard them talk.

He breathed his last in agony,
Aware of fact that god betrayed,
He was treated like a guinea pig,
The god he trusted never cared,
He was a subject, not patient,
He learned the truth as he died,
And sadly he was not alone,
The money smiled, Hippocrates cried.

The Chirping Sycophants

So you jump in to defend,
So you shout out to support,
Lowering yourself to lows,
That even you didn't know before,
And yet you don't realize,
As you murder the shame within,
Chest beating, Desperation leaking,
You lay the arguments paper thin.
You lick the boots of the high,
Into the abyss you sink down,
You stare up at the master mighty,
They don't see you as you drown,
Yet you fail to see through lies,
As you lay your self-esteem to rest,
You go on chirping sycophancy,
Faltering in the honor test.
You carry on wasting your life,
Blinded by your master's glow,
Failing to open your eyes,
Never seeing their real hollow,
You could have scaled the peaks,
But you kept sinking, serving them,
You could have kept your head held high,
But lowered it, turned sycophant.

DeMockoracy

Why do you pretend?
Why these din and cry?
Why waste our lives?
Just order us to die.

You slug it out in house,
You speak and debate,
Trading in the charges,
Bartering the blames.

You fool a billion idiots,
You ain’t any Einstein,
And yet you take for ride,
A billion brilliant minds.

But are we any brilliant,
Or just on ego trip,
You pour the oil in path,
We see, we walk and slip.

We slip, we pass the blame,
We fight it out, we tweet,
Updating our status,
As you satisfy your greed.

We follow like a sheep,
Bleating how we are great,
In nothing we exist,
You mock our sorry fate.

And plead we today,
Just tell us we are slaves,
Rip our throats and drink,
Our blood you want to taste.

But stop this damn theatre,
Enough of twinkling lies,
Tell us we are doomed,
Only politicians deserve a life.

Youth Revolts

No chains, no cage, can hold us back,
There’s no stopping us, once we get on the track,
Move out of the way, all you old and raddled,
It’s time to go vroom, enough have you paddled,
We allowed you to keep this world for too long,
Always hoping you will make it green and strong,
But failed you have, and flopped in such a way,
We’ll have to sink the moon, to start a brand new day,
You may call us rookie, immature or what,
Our spring, your autumn, we deserve this shot,
The world awaits, it’s time to change the guard,
Miles to be travelled, thank you for your yards,
A lot of water has flown in the rivers that flow,
Time to milk the seas; it’s time for you to go.
Cause it’s our time.

You were handed the charge, with lots of hope,
Look at what you did; we’re the only scope,
You gave us al-Qaeda; you gave us 9/11,
Trapped doves in a cage, stabbed keys to the heaven,
All the olive branches were burnt to the cinder,
A bomb for a bullet, and the peace was hindered,
No Gandhi, no Teresa, ever came to your mind,
Osama bin laden spoke from everyone’s behind,
A half turned fanatics, mislead by what was taught,
The other half were made by the reason you fought,
A lot of snow has melted on the mountains that glow,
Have to freeze back the glaciers, time for you to go,
Cause it’s our time.
